Company Profile
Fourth Generation Builder
Mastrosimone Construction owner, Phil Mastrosimone, connects his old-world, creative style to each new project’s design and build. Before relocating to Florida, Phil was born and raised in Jamestown, New York, where he gained experience in many areas of construction, ranging from framing to concrete, trim, brick, stone, and design. Mastrosimone Construction is known today for superior architecture, intricate design, and close attention to detail due to Phil’s great pride in delivering a next-level product and experience to every client.
Before Mastrosimone Construction
Before Phil’s love for architecture and design, there was his first love, music. From age 11, he pursued this passion, earning a scholarship for the trumpet to D’Angelo Department of Music and Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania. Here, he earned a Bachelor of Music Performance and Audio Engineering and performed with Erie and Cleveland Philharmonic Orchestras. Phil’s creativity stems from his love of music, but he didn’t stop there. Summers were spent discovering his talent for woodworking at his father’s building company and realizing that creating one-of-a-kind pieces for their clients was another great passion of his.

Beyond Mastrosimone Construction
It’s been an honor of Phils to be a part of building hand-crafted homes and commercial structures for Central Florida. He plans to continue offering true craftsmanship to the area seen and enjoyed for generations to come. However, his most tremendous honor is being a husband to his wife, Rosemarie, and father to his four sons Philip, Mason, Chris, and Ryan, who have resided in the area for the last 20 years.
